Son Britta is our first puppy we had born here. She was an unexpected surprise to us. She is nick named the Puruana because as a puppy she was so playful she would grab your pant legs as you walked by, growl, and try to play tug of war with your pants. Was so cute. She still does this and she is 2 yrs old now! She is a great dog. Her and Snuffy are best friends and are always playing todether. She loves the kids and protects them. Below are pictures of her as she grew.

Here she is at about 6-8 weeks old. My camera then was not very good. But you can still see how cute she was!
We thought she was blind though as she would run into everything. Later we learned she was just getting around before her eyes could fully focus. She could see just fine in a few days.
She was so active from day one! When her eyes opened she started to crawl out of her bed and wonder around the house........
Here she is now. But not with her full coat. In the upper left picture you can see her FULL coat. This is her new coat comming in after the summer molt.
